We all want to be happy and lead a fulfilling life. I wrote this book because I believe self-awareness is essential to accomplish all we hope for in our lifetime. You can cultivate it when you realize its power. We all have it, One of the biggest challenges I faced since the day I was born is what does it mean to be an Asian American living in America, especially at a time when there were so few. My race forced me be to become more self-aware of who I am, and, in this journey, I became more rooted in my humanity and developed my spiritual dimension that we all have. 

All humans have emotions and feelings, how we manage and express them impacts our relationships and how we communicate with others. Self-awareness is essential in understanding our deep feelings that live inside us and can even be driving forces in our lives that can sometimes be negative.

This book will help you see the many forces that impact your life, invite you to think about the choices you make, are they truly serving your personal and professional growth? Do you feel right now you are leading a fulfilling and meaningful life? If not why and what do you need to do to change it? I pose questions throughout the book to make the reader think in new ways and have the courage to face the demons you may have that are holding you back from following your dreams.
